Building completed by 2007 & 09.
Rajamat + shanti kutir + swati + road plot - 2009 = three society members agreed & got combined to claim collector road plot , as result got double the benefit than general offer from builders
Sarvodya nagar – Jogeshwari – e, 372 members – 2011 = ten society members agreed & got combined to claim Mhada allotted plot , to do & maintain Transparent / open tender process to reduce infighting & groupism
Vaishali nagar 2007 – Conveyance – 630 members – Agreed to pay stamp duty & get conveyance done by themselves also agreed to pay Rs. 2 lacs each to do self / contract redevelopment
MIG Sidharth nagar , 257 members , goregaon – w, 2008 = 11 society members got together to fight out the builder after 100 members took rent & vacated the flats , after 3 to 4 years came back to stay at same old flats. Vowed to do self redevelopment. Got conveyance from Mhada in less than Rs. 50,000/- without out of pocket expenses
PRITI SANGAM soc, Boriwali – w, 2012 – Plot area 2000 mtrs consumed area 3000 mtrs with 75 members, the project was non feasible for everyone. We made it feasible uder Contract Redvelopment. Dec – 15 10 floors has been casted. Work in progress
Neelkamal soc , Santacruz –w, 2014 – After 2 unsuccessful by other PMC , we did detailed process ,as result society got 12 crore more in value & 100% consent of members.
